Abstract

UD . Busana Ayu Indah is a company that is engaged in the manufacture and sale of apparel. Currently the company is experiencing problems in terms of the evaluation to the sales process. The problem that occurs is the difficulty in knowing the status of customer orders, difficulties in monitoring managers employee discipline in working order as well as find out information relating to the company's sales process. Because the information obtained has not been able to help managers to evaluate the sales process . Based on the above issues, made the sales information system in the form of a desktop application that is capable of providing order information, employee information, and selling information goods and services, so that the evaluation process can be done by the sales manager. Application information systems generate sales employee information (reports employee discipline, employee bonus reports, employee history report), sales of goods and services information (reports turnover of goods, not goods sold reports, comparison reports sales of goods) and customer service information. With this system, the evaluation process can be done by the sales manager because it is supported by sufficient information, so that the customer difficulty in knowing the problems and difficulties managers in order to evaluate the sales process can be resolved.
