Abstract
Performance measurement and performance planning are method of knowing condition and recently for company achievement, and potential in the future. By the time that application using financial measurement. In the tight competition that method cannot be used as a reference. So, its required performance measurement system includes financial non-financial performance by using Balanced Scorecard method. Determination of performance scores Analytical Hierarchy Process and Objective Matrix.
