Abstract
Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) is a non-parametric approach which is actually a linear program based technique. DEA compares some same form of Service Unit, based on the input (the source of potency) and output. The solution model then shows the indication when there is a unit which less productive or less efficient compared with the other units. The objective of this research is to measure the efficiency of Study Program in STIKOM. It is defined in three inputs, DANEM SMA, the stratum of lecturers, and the student school fee and two outputs, Grade Point Average (GPA) both in every semester and cumulative. Research result indicates that there are two Study Programs which is efficient.
