Abstract
Learning is a process of transferring knowledge from teacher to learner. Currently, learning process can be done easily through the Internet (the so called E-Learning). In this paper, we develop a learning system which adopts SCORM 2004 standard for supporting learning process in a specific visual programming course. We implement Learning Management System (LMS) architecture which includes learning object or Shareable Content Object (SCO), Database, as well as interaction model between teacher and learner.
