Abstract
Today, a good company must be reliance man in the right job. A compatible human resources in the company can found with good recruitment process and correctly apply management recruitment too. In this PT. PLN Pembangkitan Jawa-Bali company need a application system for deciding best applicant quality with AHP method, so that vision and company mission can be reached for Recruitment process at PT. PLN Pembangkitan Jawa-Bali needed require much a time, on the other side company a wait employees to immediately fill the empty position. Solution for PT. PLN Pembangkitan Jawa-Bali must be use SMS Gateway Server to call the applicant candidate which get away the selection test.
