Abstract
Decision Support System to cultivate telecommunication provider use method of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) determines the sequence of choice alternative priority about telecommunication provider based on criteria of environment condition that is needed by the user. From this method exploit, the result sequence priority of telecommunication provider can be continued by advantages estimation process in cultivation process itself. Thus, the users know about other sequence priority of telecommunication provider based on environment condition that has been input. The user also can predict the profit that will be gotten by business cultivation about telecommunication provider. Hopefully, this system can help the user to determine priority of telecommunication provider based on environment condition that is needed and can estimation profit who will be gotten by this business cultivation of telecommunication provider.
