Abstract
Magnification image relate to lose and lack of pixel from image so that can lessen information of image. For the minimization of problems of loss of some information at image can anticipate with admission filling of empty pixel use some methods. One of them by using method of Maximum Likelihood. Progressively sharply presented picture hence will be detail progressively also presented information. If the picture turn tail hence will be more difficult to be interpreted. Maximum Likelihood is method to reconstruct picture by maximizing density of pixel pursuant to picture of sample low resolution become single image of high resolution which influenced with effect of blur with aim to lessen difference which striking at region edge. In this final project shown by process forming of generation image, result of examination process and difference with other method which indicate that Maximum Likelihood have the quality of result of magnification which is good to be analyzed with enumeration of value of MSE ( Mean Square Error) and PSNR ( Peak Signal Noise Ratio to).
