Abstract

Service health product is safety of patient, for that require to be supported by human resource which is high to be accompanied by awareness will the carrying out of devotion to importance of society and also good service management. In this time every area have many there are health service, but still arise some problem of like difference of service and difference of service management causing labor burden become highly. High labor burden because of to the number of patient without made balance to by amount of labor and job description so that natural job unit less time in service, weary or tired, downhill motivation, stress, human error and still many other problems. In this paper, by using Workload Indicator of Staffing Need (WISN) can realize planning of health human resource with quality hence require to be made by an system able to assist calculation of work load in a health service unit.
