Abstract

Filling station is deemed necessary to make corrections and special attention, because filling station is the tip of the marketing of fuel directly into contact with end customers. Fuel Retail Marketing Regional V is one of the functions contained in the PT. Pertamina UPMS V Surabaya, where his duty to handle the retail marketing of fuel for transport and household sectors. Since it is very vulnerable to do with the public, not infrequently the Pertamina executives require information that is useful, accurate and fast. But what happens to the function in evaluating the data takes a long time. This is partly because, the recording is still done manually, the data source is still not well, and needed information that the executive is not only derived from one data source, but also from sub-divisions in these functions. The solution to this problem is to make the application of executive information systems at Fuel Retail Marketing Regional V. With the establishment of the Executive Information System Pertamina Gas Stations can help to provide information needed by the executive Pertamina for monitoring developments in the city of Surabaya is faster and more focused through the reports of graphs or tables that can drill down into a more specific level, so the information received can be more easily understood and can see in detail the information.
