Abstract

One important factor and can not be ignored for the business entity is human resources. Every business entity must pay attention to their employees job satisfaction, because job satisfaction is an important issue for the welfare and happiness of employees and it was time to every entity concerned with job satisfaction, because it may indirectly affect the productivity of labor. The high level of demand, requiring PT. "X" using a continuous work schedule (24 hours), divided into three shifts working on the entire production process. The results showed that job satisfaction is essentially an individual thing, because every human being has the level of job satisfaction vary according to the prevailing value system in itself. The results of this study useful to readers and businesses to be able to see the gains and losses resulting from a policy shift so that it can make improvements to the human resources they have. Practically proven that there is a difference between shift work job satisfaction I, II and III on the production operations of employees of PT. X. From the calculation, shift work I have a high level of job satisfaction and ranks first followed by shift work II who finished second and third shift work which ranks last.
