Abstract

UD AGHNIA as a garment product wholesaler company sale veils, prayer moslem wearing etc, as groceer or retail needs better information system to make financial report correctly and fast so the owner understanding the condition of the company whenever the owner want and can make bussiness decision faster. That problem are solved by creating a computer based accounting information system to store the transaction histories. The first step to do is analyzing the problems in UD. Aghnia which is showed in the document flow. This document showing manual process happening in UD. Aghnia then followed by the setting of system design. The shape of this system design in this task defined in flow system, data flow diagram, entity relationship diagram and input-output design. The whole of this system showing the computer process applicated in application that can make all of the accounting transaction and account report running dinamic and effective in the implementation. Dinamic in this context can be defined when the data can be change in increasing or decreasing information. The meaning of effective in this context is the system has quick and correct output report.
