Abstract

Malang city is one of city that is a destination of community for education and tourism as well as various other community activities. With so many activities in the city of Malang, of course many people who use means of transport to support their daily activities. One of the means of transport is the minibus. Malang has 25 stretch / majors microbus. With the large number of trajectories that many passengers had difficulties in selecting microbus microbus traveling to the destination. Moreover, if the passengers were from outside the city of Malang. Starting from the above problems, as a solution to overcome these problems is created an application that can help people who would use a minibus in the city of Malang. The application is the selection of applications using the Android-based mobile microbus using google map, a technology that uses the internet and mobile phones to access the required information. Based on the resulting application and a series of trials that have been done, then by using this application microbus passengers can navigate to get to his destination by using the microbus. With google map feature, the microbus passengers can see the route navigation and road information that is passed microbus.
