Abstract

Secretary has important role in the company or a government institution to handle administrative task related and also as image of the company. This Final Project Report has purpose to recognize and understand about secretary role in General and Staffing Division of Forestry Agency Province of East Java covering how to organize incoming and outcoming letter system flow, archiving either manually and computerized, prepare a meeting and arrange an activity event held in Forestry Agency Province of East Java. Method used are observation, interview and literature study it was, during 3 months. Based on observation, interview and literature study, gained that secretary role in General and Staffing Division of Forestry Agency Province of East Java covering how to organize incoming and outcoming letter system flow, archiving either manually and computerized, prepare a meeting and arrange an activity event held in Forestry Agency Province of East Java had been implemented well.
