Abstract

Health has a very important role for humans .In the era of the all instant it is today people tend to choose foods that are all too instant, so absence of nutrient control in accordance with the requirement of calorie, .Usually the food consumed too much cause accumulation of cholesterol, this is due to meet the needs of the food exceeds the number of calories. In fact food consumed by someone, should not exceed the amount of calories a person at day. The importance of knowing the food consumed and the nutrients contained in each meal to help the person to control the caloric needs accordingly. In order for the process of determining food needs more efficiently and easily, can use a system of determining the need for food based on the number of calories that aim to solve the problem in determining the need for food based on the number of calories. To meet the needs of food obtained from food selection and with the heavy dose of food to determine calorie needs are met. Where information systems by calculating the value of AMB, to know someone needs calories needed at day.
