Abstract
Skin color detection is importan method in object detection, face detection and filtering image content. There are many method for skin color detection. The problem of skin detection are accuration dan time consuming proses. This paper propose new method base on eksplicit skin filtering on RGB and Ycbcr combination. The result of our method present good accuration (83%).
