Abstract
As one of organization component of STIKOM Surabaya, students need information of academic administration from it. SICYCA and SIIS are the systems which are built by STIKOM Surabaya to inform the students about academic administration. Based on architectural aspect, both SICYCA and SIIS has some weakness. Thus, an alternative system which can provide information of academic administration via mobile device is needed. The system, which is built based on java micro edition, can connect the mobile device with STIKOM academic administration database and can provide information about academic administration.
