Abstract

Performance measurement is sub management system that contras between planning that created and reachable result, analysis the deviation and carry out reparation. At the time have no a standard that can to use to performance measurement of library, specially for university. Measurement information system and planning of performance with Balanced Scorecard for a decision support can be use to solve measurement and planning of performance. Measurement and planning of library’s performance have work at the purpose from measurement and planning, perspective, criteria, indicator, and strategy that created before. Ways of planning system are carry out of survey and analysis, that finally to use to designing system with Balanced Scorecard. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) in this system to used for comparison priority. System have build that created to use carry out measurement and planning of performance. The report of them can to use carry out to decision support of performance's planning.
