Abstract

Library of STIKOM Surabaya is a department [in] STIKOM Surabaya handling ready service [of] information for example in the form of book, magazine, software and also erudite masterpiece. In the growth of library of STIKOM Surabaya have used information system application which integrated for operational activity him. For the usage of information system, some existing applications [do] not be used maximally. Is so that needed [by] information system audit to know him. In this research [of] COBIT mengunakan 4.0 as standard in execution of his audit, because COBIT is audit standard able to be used to manage planning of information technology. Applying of COBIT [done/conducted] by using interview and kuesioner which later;then data processed lah to know maturity model and analysed with SWOT. From is the result obtained [by] recommendation and finding for the repair of information system Library of STIKOM Surabaya.
