Abstract
STIKOM Surabaya is a college specializing in teaching in the field of information technology.However, problems in Surabaya is Stikom executives as leaders often have to face with academic problems that require quick decision making, precise, and directed. While the source of academic information is not just one, but three of Academic Student Affairs Administration (AAK), Admissions (PENMARU), and Public Administration (AU), to ensure the information from the Administration of Academic Affairs (AAK), Admissions New (PENMARU), and Public Administration (AU) has not integrated with each other. To solve these problems required an executive information system is adequate in the sense of complete, integrated, practical and easy and ready for use any time for the executive and can support decision-making process quick, precise, focused and integrated. Executive Information System (EIS) or Executive Information System (SIE) is a packaged Transactional Applications to provide information to middle management and top management (Management Control) and specially designed for Supervisory level to above. The emphasis of EIS is shown on the display graphs and tables. EIS offers a form of graphical reports or tables are easily understood and can be drildown be more specific reports or more detailed. With this system the executive is expected to more quickly find the academic development that occurred in organizations or institutions they lead, but this system is expected to provide information that can be used as the basis for determining strategic plans for the future.
