Abstract
Share investment is one of investment model which has high risk. To do the share investment, investor must analyze some factors which can influence condition of emiten company’s, to minimize loss caused by emiten company’s growth fluctuation. Analysis can be done by financial report’s analysing. Financial report’s analysing can be done by using two kind of the analysis, they are Fundamental Analysis and Technical Analysis. Technical Analysis is an analysis which forecast the future price based on growth of past price. Fundamental Analysis is a analysis used to know the health level of company based on condition in the past to predict company’s condition in the future. Fundamental analysis can be done by using some analysis, such as Ratio Analysis, Z-Score Analysis, and Horizontal Analysis. Z-Score Analysis is used to see the potency of company’s bankruptcy. Horizontal Analysis is used to compare the financial report between period within company. Ratio Analysis is the way to analyze company by using comparison calculation of quantitative data posed in balance sheets and income statement. In this research has produced software that can give a list of issuers companies that have the best financial fundamentals by using ratio analysis. Horizontal analysis and Z-Score is used to complement and support ratio analysis has been done.
