In general, learning media write the Arabic alphabet in the form of Learning Activity Sheet (LKB), in which there are patterns in the form of dots - dots that make up the Arabic alphabet. The pattern that guides students to learn to write the Arabic alphabet, usually by using a pencil to bold patterns. The development of mobile technology can now be used to create an innovative learning medium called m-learning. M-learning (mobile learning) has become a new way of learning which enables mobile learning can be done by using mobile devices, especially mobile phones. With the advancement of instructional media and technology, the authors will develop interactive learning media is write the Arabic alphabet learning application based on Android. Android is a Linux-based operating system that runs on the Linux 2.6 kernel in the Smartphone. In building an Android application, the user interface is needed as a medium of interaction with humans. In the user interface to accommodate the required elements View event that runs the applications that are used in dealing with the touch of a finger called SurfaceView. With the SurfaceView on Android, I can make the application of learning to write Arabic letters that may help users in the process of learning to write the Arabic alphabet and recognize the 28 Arabic alphabet-writing scheme by the rules.
