In the package delivery service company, the delivery process is the main process undertaken by the company in its business processes. Yet in spite of this, the process of sending the driver does not get the monitoring of the management due to the difficulty of monitoring. This led to the company experienced difficulties in maintaining and improving the quality of service and minimize shipping delays due to indiscipline driver. Based on existing problems, then created a system capable of tracking and monitoring of vehicles sending packets, so the delivery process can be monitored by the company and gets the data required by the company in the shipping process. Consumers will have similar amenities, are easy to track and locate the package in real time and accurately. Using Tracking and Monitoring System supported by your Android device as an input medium, the system will provide an overview of the processes that occur when sending the driver to the address specified as well as the status of the packets sent. Based on the test case, and the field test results of the questionnaire total reached 86.10%, it was found that the system has been able to meet the needs of the information required by the parties concerned.
