Abstract

Final Project The purpose of this report is to know and understand the role of the Secretary of the General Section and Human Resources Department of Public Works Highways Sidoarjo regency which includes how to handle incoming and outgoing mail, dealing with internal meetings, taking calls and preparing for trip leaders in the Public Works Department, Sidoarjo . The method used is observation, interview and literature study for 3 months. Based on observation, interview and literature study found that the role of the Secretary of the General Section and Human Resources Department of Highways district of Sidoarjo include handling incoming and outgoing mail, preparing internal meetings, taking calls and preparing for trip leaders.
