Abstract

Part PDCA (Plan Do Check Action) has an important role in the company. In fact archiving documents, control documents at the office of improvement, analyze the data still use manual way to excel and often the data is lost. The document data is very important because every month there is a meeting and will require such data. Based on the above problems, then with the making document archiving system is expected to help performance and can get information about the document accurately, efficiently and appropriately. Then made a "System Information Document Archiving". With this information the system becomes increasing employee performance. Data needs documents and information regarding the structural correspondence can be accessed with the effective and efficient than a system that has been computerized.
