Abstract

Management is defined as a series of jobs or work done by a group of people to perform a series of work in achieving certain tujan. Therefore, it is necessary that good management of supplies in order to help enterprises to obtain supplies of good governance process and correct as needed in each section. Goals to be achieved at the end of the project is based on the formulation of the problem at the Public Works Department of Highways Sidoarjo is able to master the ways and techniques to handle the request supplies posed by each section in the Public Works and Highways Sidoarjo district to meet the needs of supplies on each each section. In addition, to know and understand in detail and a systematic process of managing supplies in the Public Works Department of Highways Sidoarjo regency. From the preparation of this final project report showed that the Public Works Department of Highways District and Civil Service Sidoarjo General section uses several methods to manage the supplies and distribute them to each - each section. Based on the results of the final project is done, it can be concluded the process of managing supplies to the Public Works Department of Highways Sidoarjo district has been running smoothly in accordance with the existing theory so as to realize the goals of the organization or company.
