Abstract

PT. PLN (Persero) APJ Kediri is one of the state-owned enterprises in east java, which serve the community in terms of electricity payment. That's not just the PT. PLN (Persero) APJ Kediri also serve the retired employees therefore made a retired employee severance application. The problem faced by PT. PLN (PERSERO) APJ Kediri is retired transaction process is still using manual processes in the data recording though already using Microsoft Office Word and Microsoft Office Excel, but has not done optimally. Where data are not integrated causing errors often occur in the data recording retired repetitive or even tucked. The solution of the problem is the existence of new applications to support the transaction process is Retired Employee Severance Application PT. PLN (Persero) APJ Kediri. Implementation in this application there is a user that is part of where the HRD doing in terms of input data and also the data retirees heir. Not only that part of HRD can do in terms of such transaction determines the retrieval schedule for retirees and retirees making heir and will produce a report in the form of a letter sebual decision that is provided to the pension and heir.
