Abstract

One of the general hospital in Surabaya are already implementing the remuneration of the RSU Haji Surabaya. The calculation of remuneration at RSU Haji Surabaya particular employee incentive remuneration is carried out by a team of recapitalize required supporting data. So that making the report to the manager of the hospital long and frequent errors in calculation of employee incentives. RSU Haji Surabaya need a system to helps teams remuneration in handling issues of remuneration calculation. Therefore made information system of remuneration. In the application of remuneration teams no longer need to recapitalize supporting data. Because the necessary supporting data are directly owned by the system. Besides the manager also got information acquisition incentives received by the employee. Remuneration information system RSU Haji Surabaya can help the team in dealing with the calculation of incentive remuneration of employees and produce information reports required by the manager.
