Abstract

Writing the final project report aims to make improvements in the management of incoming mail the Public Affairs Askes PT (Persero) Regional VII Surabaya by using Microsoft Office Access 2007, to understand and implement ways to manage incoming mail on Askes PT (Persero) Regional VII Surabaya. The method is carried out in the writing of the final project report is an observational study of conducting observations of work processes that take place in the Public Sector Askes PT (Persero) Regional VII Surabaya, the interview is conducted interviews with employees of PT Askes (Persero) Regional VII Surabaya on the tasks and responsibilities on General Affairs, the study of literature which uses books that support the writing of the final project report. The results of the final project report: (1) the management of incoming mail by using Microsoft Office Access 2007 is starting to create a table using a query, create a form of control cards and disposition sheet form, create a report and make a switchboard manager, (2) the process of managing incoming mail at PT Askes (Persero) Regional VII Surabaya starting from sorting the mail, open mail, record data into the control card letter, diary sheets and disposition.
